My son can only see out of one eye. what is the seating like at Nemo and Lion king?

At Nemo the seating is like a theatre.  There is a center section and sections on the left and right.  I am thinking the center section would be the best for your son, as most of the action takes place front and center on the stage.  There are a few characters that come out into the audience, but only for brief periods of time.
The Festival of the Lion King takes place in the round.  This theatre has actually now been enclosed and air conditioned.  The show moves around a great deal, once again trying to make every seat in the round, a good seat.
I really hope this information helps and I especially hope that your son has a truly magical vacation at WDW.
