My son is obsessed with Mickey, Goofy and Donald - he is turning 2 years old in a couple weeks and we are taking him to Disney World for the first time. What is a good place to sing both Happy Birthday and see the characters he loves? Thank you!

There is no better place in the world to celebrate your birthday than Walt Disney World! Your two-year old is going to have an amazing birthday!

There are so many wonderful ways to celebrate a birthday at WDW. First, make sure to pick up your free "Happy Birthday" button at Guest Services when you arrive. A Cast Member will write your name on it and then he will be greeted with "Happy Birthday" throughout the stay!

We have visited Walt Disney World on my kids birthdays every year for the past three years and my kids particularly loved having their birthday celebratory dinner at Chef Mickey's. They were able to enjoy a special cupcake, complete with a birthday candle. They also received a birthday card, signed by all of the characters. They didn't sing "Happy Birthday" to them, but they did have Disney "magic" (Mickey Mouse shaped confetti) sprinkled on the table.

I've heard of many other guests who have had Cast Members sing "Happy Birthday" to them at 'Ohana and Le Cellier. Many times the experience varies depending upon how busy the dining location is at the time and other factors. Therefore, the singing is not guarnteed, but you will still have an amazing time.

You can also order a cake and have it delivered to your dining location ahead of time. Just call 407-827-2253 to place the order 48 hours ahead of time.

    Magically,
