My son and I can not have milk or soy at all. what are some suggestions for dinning at Disney world with food allergies?

    Hi Amanda!

Disney is very accomodating when it comes to guests who have dietary restrictions or special requests.  When booking your Disney dining experience, you can note your special request on the Disney dining reservation page.  When you arrive at your restaurant of choice, make sure to speak with your server and alert them that you have dietary restrictions that need to be adhered to.

At Disney restaurants they are able to accomodate most, not all, dietary allergies, from wheat to gluten to soy.  Soy milk is available throughout the parks in single serve containers, as well as at the food courts in the resorts. Also some quick service restaurants, such as Sunshine Seasons, Cosmic Rays and the larger QS eateries, do offer Soy milk options.

To note your dietary restrictions onto your dining reservations, please call (407) WDW-DINE.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!-Malanie
