My son will be 5 months old when we're in WDW. We want to get some special pictures with the baby, my 5 year old and the characters. Will any of the costumed characters hold him for pictures if he is comfortable with it?? thanks!!

The characters are not allowed to hold children. Those slippery gloves and big furry hands just don't make for the safest situation. The characters will certainly interact with your baby, giving the baby lots of pats on the head and tickles under the chin. And you can get some special photos of both your children with the characters. Here are some ideas how:

    - Have the entire family in the photo with you holding the baby. There are always plenty of cast members and other guests who are willing to help you get a shot.

    - Have the baby in the stroller with the character and your older child on either side. I have some cute photos of Tigger pushing one of my girls in a stroller.

    - Have your five year old hold the baby. This will obviously only work in a situation where the five year old is seated, such as at a character meal. Have the five year old on the chair, holding the baby, and have the character pose next to them. Very cute.

I'm sure you'll get some classic family photos, even if the characters are not actually holding your child.
