    My son lost his Captain Jack Sparrow pistol from the Pirates of the Caribbean ride's souvenir shop. I haven't been able to find it online. Is there a way to purchase something we got from one of the souvenir shops? He's very upset!!

    Hi, Jennifer! Oh, I'm so sorry, but here is hope! Walt Disney World can work its Magic even when you are at home.  Any merchandise that can be purchased in the theme parks can also be purchased through Disney's Mail Order Merchandise department. Just send them an email at wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com or call them at (407) 363-6200.  Let them know that you'd like to purchase Captain Jack Sparrow's pistol that is found at the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, and they will be able to send you one at home for the same cost as the parks plus shipping.  Good luck, matey!
