Finding old tickets that may still be valid is like discovering hidden treasure! It is a good sign that your son can view tickets linked to your profile in his
My Disney Experience account. Usually, when a ticket expires it will no longer show up under "Tickets & Passes". Your son might want to try viewing "Tickets & Passes" using the
My Disney Experience mobile app rather than the website. The app should show all unexpired tickets, which Guest the ticket is linked to, how many days are remaining on the ticket, and the expiration date of the ticket.
Normally I would recommend
emailing as much information about the ticket as you can, including the ticket ID number and photographs of the front and back of your ticket to ticket.usage@disneyworld.com, but if neither you nor your son has the actual tickets that won't help.
I recommend having your son call (since the tickets are linked to his My Disney Experience account) the
Existing Tickets line at (407) 566-4985. He can provide the email address associated with his account to the helpful Cast Members. They should be able to look up his account and verify whether or not the
tickets are still valid.
