My son is on a gluten and casein free diet. Can you tell me if soy milk, chocolate in particular, is sold in the parks and resorts? Love the free info. Jaynee from IN

Soy milk is readily available at WDW, both at the table service restaurants and at the resorts. You may find chocolate soy milk in some locations, but this can be a bit harder to track down. You can find great tips about soy milk at WDW in the Moms Panel questions HERE, HERE, and HERE.

Additionally, you can read information for guests with special dietary needs HERE and for further information you are welcome to contact Disney by email at SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com or by telephone at 407-824-5967.

The chefs at WDW have plenty of experience with allergies such as your son's. He should be able to be fully accommodated at any table service restaurant. You should; however, be sure to have Disney Dining (407-WDW-DINE) make a note of your requirements on all your reservations at least 48 hours in advance. Counter service restaurants have lists of the ingredients in their menu items in a book behind the counter. You should ask to see it or to speak with a manager whenever you have a concern.

    Have a great trip!
