Hi. This will be my son & I first time at DW. He's 5 can you tell me what will be the best part for him, that he may enjoy. He loves water and animals. some rides may also be a thing.

As an animal lover, your son will have to visit the Animal Kingdom. The biggest "must do" for him would be the Kilimanjaro Safari. You'll be able to get up close and personal here with many amazing animal species including zebras, giraffes, lions, flamingos, and MANY others. We once had to wait in our safari vehicle for several minutes because a rhinoceros was standing in the road. We were just a few feet away from him. Really incredible! You'll also want to walk along the Pangani Forest Trail for viewings of even more animals.

To get some tactile animal interaction, you could visit the "Affection Section" of Rafiki's Planet Watch at the Animal Kingdom. There are dozens of extremely tame sheep and goats here that your son could cuddle and groom. Inside the Planet Watch there are animal care and feeding exhibits. You might even be able to speak with a veterinarian that helps care for the animals at the park.

For water fun, you could visit Disney's water parks: Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. There are rafts and slides galore.

You could combine your son's loves of water and animals in a visit to the Living Seas pavilion at Epcot. There is a very cute Nemo ride there. As well as a giant aquarium and many species of aquatic creatures. On our last trip there we watched a keeper feed the electric eels!

I hope you and your son have a great trip!
