We have a son just under 2. How can I find out which rides he can and cannot enjoy prior to our trip? Thanks in advance!

    Hi Diana,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! The wonderful folks at Disney have just made planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation with small children even easier. Now DisneyWorld.com has a special area intended for families Planning for Pre-School Kids & Little Ones. On this page you can discover tips and special offers designed for families with little ones. There is even a Preschool Parent's Guide to Walt Disney World Resort that you can download!

My wife and I have visited the parks with our three children as infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. From our experience, most of the Slow Rides at the theme parks should be fine for your son's age. Cast Members at the ride entrances can also answer any specific questions you have before boarding.

If you have any follow-up questions before your upcoming visit, please feel free to send them my way. I enjoy helping families plan magical vacations with little ones.

    Have a magical day!
