Hi there, Melanie! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Let's get to the
root of the issue before your upcoming trip to see Mickey and his pals.
First of all, I want to commend your son on his top-notch brushing skills! I have three Mouseketeers, including one in braces, who could learn a thing or two from him. Several years ago, when my kiddos were babies or toddlers, the
Baby Care Centers became my best friend, and it's where I could find a plethora of changing tables and highchairs. Now that they are older, I've popped in a time or two for an air-conditioned environment away from the crowds. All the Baby Care Centers have a simple food prep area with a microwave, baby food, and a sink. When you visit, let the Cast Members know your intentions and see if they will let him brush in there. In all likelihood, they'll direct him to their restrooms, which will offer him a little more privacy than the ones located out in the theme parks. Alternatively, there are also companion
restrooms in the Parks that consist of a single room with a toilet and sink, and their locations are indicated on the maps obtained at
Guest Relations.
My friend,
Angie, who also has two tweens in braces, offered a suggestion that she uses when on vacation. She packs pre-pasted disposable toothbrushes in her park bag so her kids can keep up their post-meal brushing routine while at The Most Magical Place on Earth.
May the Floss be with you, Melanie!
