It's always a great day when you stop by planDisney, Patricia!
I'm elated about your upcoming vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth! Nothing beats visiting Walt Disney World Resort with family and seeing the magic through their eyes!
Patricia, when a Guest is managed by someone, the
theme park ticket is linked to that account; however, the Guest can still be connected to another account. So although your son can manage the Guests registered under him, as long as those Guests and your son are connected to you, you would be able to book for everyone in the party. For instance, my husband and I have separate
My Disney Experience accounts, and I manage our kiddos' profiles. When my husband and I first went to connect under our
Family and Friends list, it gave us the option to choose to plan together, which is why both of us are now able to make plans for our party.
If you are not yet connected with everyone in your party through your My Disney Experience account, here are the steps to do so:
-Please
click this link and scroll down until you can select the + Add a Guest option.
-You will be asked to enter their name and age.
-You will then add their email address, and it will send an invitation to the person to connect with you.
-After your Guest accepts the invitation to connect with you, you can start planning together.
If you are connected already and are still having trouble making plans for everyone, I recommend calling the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands department, and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you further!
We can't wait to welcome you to the magic, Patricia! Have an enchanting visit with your family!
