My son will be celebrating his birthday during my family vacation to Orlando. I wanted to know if Disney still provides free entry on your birthday??

    Hiya, Anthony!

What better way to spend your birthday than with a visit to Walt Disney World? I hope your family has a magical time creating the most amazing memories.

Speaking of memories,  you are remembering a promotion from 2009, when Walt Disney World asked, "What Will You Celebrate?" Guests who visited on their actual birthdate got a free one day pass. Unfortunately, that promotion ended on December 31, 2009. It was a very popular promotion, and guests often remember it when they are planning their trips.

You can still visit Walt Disney World Guest Relations and get your son a birthday button. The buttons are free, and sometimes, you'll feel a little pixie dust blowing your way. Also, when you are making any dining reservations, have it noted that you are celebrating a birthday. There might occasionally be a bit of magic when people know you're celebrating.

Wishing your son the best birthday, and hoping your family has the most magical vacation.
