My son has been begging for a monorail track set since he spotted it in the gift shop on our last trip. After Santa failed him last year he would like to make it up this year;) Any ideas on how to get it home secretly from our Sept. trip? Flying.

Santa's work is never done is it?

That monorail set is mighty cool, but I wouldn't bring it on the plane with you -- too big. I think you have two good options though:

    1. Have it mailed from WDW to your home. The guest services desk or gift shop at your resort can give you information on how to do this. Generally park purchases are sent via UPS and arrive at your home just a bit after you do.

    2. Bypass the parks altogether. WDW has a mail order merchandise department that can send you any item that is sold in the parks or resorts. You can contact them via email at wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com. Describe what you're looking for in as much detail as possible and someone will get back to you with pricing information. Once you approve, the item will be sent to your home right away. With this method, Santa can have things all wrapped up by the end of May and will have no extra worries during a fabulous family vacation :-)
