My son and his baseball brothers are playing in the Sun & Surf Bash this May. I am to make it as inexpensive as possible for all of the players and families. Are we allowed to bring coolers into WWS? If not for everyone, what about just for the team?

    Hey Kevin!

I am so excited that your son will be playing at the Disney Sun & Surf Baseball Bash. There is something so special about the possibility of playing where the pros play and train when you play at ESPN Wide World of Sports.

The cooler policy for the Complex is as follows:

"Guests will not be permitted to carry coolers into ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex except as follows:
    • Guests may bring a single cooler for personal use.
    • Coaches may bring a single cooler for team use.
    • ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex reserves the right to limit cooler number and size based on potential obstruction for other Guests and safety.
    • For safety concerns cooler use is restricted in indoor venues.
    • Coolers are not allowed at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex during certain separately ticketed events including but not limited to Atlanta Braves Spring Training and the Old Spice Classic.
    • Alcoholic beverages or glass containers are not permitted."

As a team parent, myself, I completely understand the logistics of keeping your team nourished and hydrated during their competition. Check out this video where I explain some of the great food options the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex has to offers.

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any more questions about the Complex please come back and see me.

Wishing you a *MAGICAL* Disney Sports vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
