I have a son with autism. Are there any cruises without fireworks? Thanks

    Ahoy, Katherine!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I know you want to make sure a Disney Cruise is a good fit for your son, so I have a few suggestions as you plan. First, on the Caribbean and Bahamian sailings one night will have a firework show (weather permitting) that goes along with the Pirate Night festivities. It only lasts around 15-20 minutes, so I would definitely consider booking one of these cruises and not attending the show. On one of our back-to-back cruises, we did not go to the Buccaneer Blast on the second cruise and could not hear the fireworks from our stateroom at all. There are many other places on the ship that you can avoid them like the Buena Vista Theatre and in the youth spaces. Currently, the Alaskan, Mediterranean and Northern European cruises do not have fireworks so this is another option for you. All of these sailings are in the summer months so this is something to consider as you plan.
