    Hi Melissa,

This is a great question and I hope I can give you some help. One of the best things about visiting the Walt Disney World Resorts is its ability to help guests have a magical time. Disney will rise to the challenge to help guests stay be as comfortable as possible.

I have a child with a shellfish allergy and the chef comes out to her to help her pick items that do not contain this ingredient even on a seafood buffet.

When making your dining reservations, please note the allergy your son has. I would then email the cast members at Special Diets at specialdiets@disneyworld.com and ask them your specific questions.

If they do not carry the item your son likes on his breakfast, perhaps you can bring some from home or pick it up in Orlando. Many rooms now have refrigerators for guests to use and you can request one.

I hope you have a magical vacation!
