If my son is under the age of 3 do I need to add him to the guest list to enter the parks?

Hi Karla, and welcome to planDisney!

We’re so happy you stopped by with your question about planning a Walt Disney World vacation. Visiting Disney with little ones adds a whole new level of magic!

For the youngest Disney dreamers, children under the age of 3, there’s some extra pixie dust in store! These tiny Guests do not require a theme park ticket and can enter any of the four theme parks with a parent or guardian who has valid admission. That means more fun and fewer logistics for you!

You can absolutely add him to your My Disney Experience account to keep all your plans organized and magical! Since he’s under 3 years old, you can manage his plans on your account. Just log into your My Disney Experience account (either on the app or the website) and go to your Family & Friends List under “My Profile. Last, select “Add a Guest” and create a new account. This way, you can make dining reservations and Lightning Lane selections, making your trip seamless and stress-free!

Let me know if you’d like tips on Baby Care Centers, stroller rentals, or must-do attractions for toddlers. I’d love to help make your visit smooth and magical!

    Toodles,
    Korliss
