My son will be 5 when we come, he has ADHD and talks non stop. I was thinking of starting him with pin trading, that way he has a reason to talk to people and I think it might help redirect him. Is this a good age though? Worried it's too mature for him.

Hi Karen! Pin trading is a fantastic idea! Your son can get his own lanyard to wear his pins proudly! He can go up to any cast member and trade with them - super fun! Sometimes they even have one backwards, a mystery pin, which my daughter loves!

Your son might also enjoy Vinylmations. These little Mickey-shaped figurines come in a variety of series. They are packaged so you don't know which one you're purchasing until you open it. He can then go into participating shops (and there are many) and trade with the mystery box. They usually have a few on display as well if he'd rather know what he's getting. My daughter loves it!

Hope this helps Karen! Write back with any other questions!
