Hi! My son absolutely MUST be able to participate in Jedi Training Academy, please give me any/all suggestions you have to make this happen! We are planning on being in the Studios on Nov 25th. Are there extra times when they have EMA in the evening?

Welcome back to the Mom's Panel, Beth!  It's great to hEAR from you again!  My three sons experienced Star Wars: Jedi Training Academy for the first time in May and loved it!  My biggest recommendation is to arrive at Disney's Hollywood Studios at park opening and sign your son up first thing that morning as sessions do fill up rather quickly. The sign-up location is usually located in Sounds Dangerous - Starring Drew Carey, but can vary so be sure to check when entering the park. Make sure to also pick up a Park Map and Times Guide when entering Disney's Hollywood Studios for easier park touring and up to date show times. According to the official Disney website, approximately 15 Padawan participants can register for each show. Multiple show times are offered throughout the day. I have never personally tried to have my children experience Star Wars: Jedi Training Academy during Evening Extra Magic Hours, but my guess would be that it is not offered during that time frame. For example, I called Disney directly just now to see what the last show of the day is at DIsney's Hollywood Studios. The cast member I spoke with confirmed that Disney's Hollywood Studios will be closing at 10:00 p.m. today and the last Star Wars: Jedi Training Academy being offered is at 8:00 p.m.  I definitely think the key to being ensured a spot in one of the Star Wars: Jedi Training Academy sessions is to arrive first thing in the day. I hope this information helps!  Sending pixie dust your way that your son gets to experience the power of the Force as he trains to become a junior Jedi Knight, Beth!
