Is there somewhere online where I can see what times the restaurants in the parks are open? I'm trying to plan my trip and make reservations. I'm specifically looking for the hours of operation for 1900 Park Fare & Chef Mickeys! Thank you so very much

Each restaurant has it's own hours. I have never seen a macro-list of the operating hours of all the restaurants. You have two choices in finding out the hours of any particular restaurant. Your best bet is to call Disney Dining at 407-WDW-DINE. You'll get the most up to date information there. If you're not in the mood to make a phone call, go to the website allearsnet.com. Click on the search button, near the top right. Search on the name of the restaurant you're interested in and the word "menu." For example, Chef Mickey's menu. You'll find links to the menus of most of the Disney restaurants here -- and on many of the menus you will also find the hours of operation.

The specific information you're looking for is:

    1900 Park Fare
    Breakfast  8:00 - 11:30 a.m.
    Dinner  4:30 - 8:30 p.m

    Chef Mickey's
    Breakfast  7:00 - 11:30 a.m.
    Dinner  5:00 - 9:30 p.m.

You should be aware that those end times (8:30 p.m. at 1900 PF, for example) are the times of the last seating, not the time that they turn off the lights and go home. If you are seated at 8:30 p.m., you will still have ample time to enjoy your meal and spend some quality time with the characters.
