Welcome to planDisney, Vanessa! Thank you for coming to the Panel with your question.
Guests do not need to make reservations for rides at Walt Disney World Resort. The only attraction that requires Guests to join a virtual queue is
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance at
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, located in
Disney's Hollywood Studios. "At this time, Guests are required to join the virtual queue to experience
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. A standby queue is not available. The virtual queue is limited and subject to availability." You can read more online about
how to use the virtual queue.
Guests
are required to make a theme park reservation through the
Disney Park Pass system. Currently, all Guests ages 3 and older must have a theme park reservation, along with valid park admission for the same park on the same date. You can view the
"Know Before You Go" video on disneyworld.com with instructions on how to make a park reservation.
If you have any trouble making your park reservations, you can contact the
Disney Reservation Center at (407) 566-4985 to speak with a Cast Member. Please keep in mind that the call volume may be very high, however, Disney Cast Members will be more than happy to help you when they can.
Vanessa, please let us know if we can help you with any other questions as you continue planning your visit to Walt Disney World.
Have a magical day!
Bob
