Can someone tell me when I need to "check in" or be in line for character dining? I'm really concerned about is the Royal Table. Just wondering if they seat you depending on where you are in line/what about photo ops there once arrive? Thx!

Hi Stephen! It is recommended that you arrive at all dining reservations at least 15 minutes in advance of your dining time. For character dining, we've always made sure to be at the restaurant 30 minutes before our reservation. It gave me peace of mind in making sure we had enough time to enjoy the ambiance of Cinderella Castle and that we would not be rushed to arrive. The Castmembers are well aware that guests would like to spend time taking photographs and you are not rushed through your meal. Seating is not determined at time of atrival, it is determined by availability. If there is a particular view that you would prefer, you can definately request it, be prepared to wait. They will try to accommodate you as best as possible. Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation! -Malanir
