Can someone recommend some counter service spots in the 4 parks that serve good vegetarian options, please? Thanks for everything can't wait for our trip in December!

    Jessica,

Here are some of the better choices, by park. But regardless, don't be shy about asking for an ingredient list, and ask about preparation (oils used), especially if you are looking for a vegan experience.

Magic Kingdom: Cosmic Ray's (Tomorrowland) has a vegeterian wrap and a vegan burger that are both decent. A self-service "fixin's bar" lets you personalize it. The vegetarian flatbread wrap (reportedly vegan) at the Golden Oak Outpost (Frontierland) is good, and some Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station (that is sadly open only seasonally) are good too.

Epcot: Sunshine Seasons (Land Pavilion) has several asian-inspired selections that are maybe the best vegetarian fare of all the parks. In the World Showcase your best bet is Tangierine Cafe (Morocco Pavilion), where the flavors really pop!

Hollywood Studios: The Backlot Express has a Grilled Vegetable Sandwich, and Starring Rolls Cafe has a Veggie Pita.

Animal Kingdom: Restaurantasourus is your best bet, with a Mandarin Chicken Salad that when ordered without chicken is pretty tasty.

Most burger places have veggie burgers. But if you are vegan, always ask for ingredient lists, even if something is labeled as vegetarian.

    Have a magical vacation!
