Welcome back, Georgia! Dining with Disney Cruise Line is a huge part of sailing with Captain Mickey and his crew! You can rest assured that Disney does an amazing job of ensuring that there are fabulous menus offered with food for both kids and adults.
The children's menus in each of the
main dining restaurants are wonderful, and include many traditional kids favorites like Mickey's Mac n' Cheese or Minnie's Mini Burger, with fresh veggies or mashed potatoes or french fries. Plus, there are more adventurous children's offerings like Baked Salmon with whole grain rice and steamed broccoli. You'll be happy to know that children who are picky will not be lost at sea in the restaurants, as the chefs are happy to accommodate a special request like a smaller portion of plain baked chicken, for example. For the littlest sailors, the chefs are even happy to puree foods so that these little ones can have fresh baby food. Just take a look at your menus in the restaurants each night and chat with your dining service team who can recommend some other options for your kiddos! Since your dining servers stay with your family as you
rotate through the different restaurants each night, they'll get to know your preferences, and will have new suggestions in each restaurant each night. Plus, our family has always had great dining servers who really make the meals fun for the kids! Ketchup on the plate in a Mickey head shape? Yes, please! It never gets old, and my kids love the special touches!
Disney really is great about working with each guest as an individual, so you and your children are all in for a wonderful culinary experience when you set sail.
Have a delicious cruise, Georgia!
