Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney. Many Guests have asked the same curiouser and curiouser inquiry and I am happy to pass along the same good news. Guests who are unable to make a Walt Disney World vacation, for whatever unmagical reason, and are left with Walt Disney World tickets that have never been used can use them towards a future visit and/or reassign them.
Walt Disney World tickets can easily be reassigned online through your My Disney Experience as well as your My Disney Experience mobile app. Online simply sign in to your account and select MY PLANS and scroll down to MY PLANS, RESERVATIONS AND TICKETS. Next, select TICKETS AND MEMORY MAKER and find the ticket you wish to reassign. Select the REASSIGN dropdown menu and the Guest you wish to connect it to. On your
My Disney Experience mobile app, select the menu button in the lower right-hand corner and choose TICKETS AND PASSES. Scroll to the ticket you would like to reassign and select the REASSIGN prompt underneath it. Scroll through the list of FAMILY & FRIENDS and choose the lucky Guest who will now have the ticket assigned to them. If you have difficulty feel free to reach out to a Cast Member by calling (703) 566-4985 or on your mobile app choose the CHAT WITH US feature. This feature can be found by selecting the menu button in the lower right-hand corner.
