    Someone else asked what each of your favorite hidden gems are at Disney World...I'd love to hear what you've got for Disneyland

    Hello Talia,

    Thank you for writing us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I hope you are having a Goofy day.

    The Disneyland Resort is filled with many hidden gems as well. One hidden gem unique to the Disneyland Park that some Guests may overlook during their visit, is the Sleeping Beauty Castle Walkthrough. As you walk through the castle, you will read from an enlarged story book of Sleep Beauty and see some scenes from the movie. It's also really enchanting to know that you are walking through Sleeping Beauty's Castle.

    Above the Main Street U.S.A. Firehouse is the location of Walt Disney's apartment- there is an illuminated lamp in the window, the lamp is on representing that Walt's spirit is always present in the park.

    Go check out Great Moments with Mr.Lincoln. Why? This was one of Walt's original attractions and can only be found at Disneyland. It is also a very touching story. You will also find an adorable baby picture of Walt Disney located in The Baby Center on Main Street U.S.A.

    As you are in Fantasyland passing by Snow White's Scary Adventure, look above the attraction at the window, there you will see the Evil Queen appear in the window often. One of our family traditions when riding "it's a small world," is to find all the Disney characters added to the attraction like Jiminy Cricket, Tinker Bell, and Timon to name a few.

    When strolling through Adventureland, make a stop inside South Seas Traders, you will find a hidden gem known as Shrunken Ned, a Jungle Witch Doctor - who gives a unique diagnosis for quite a bargain.
