Welcome aboard, Rose! There is so much
included in the cost of your Disney Cruise!
Yes, soft drinks are included in the cost at most locations onboard. At the table service restaurants and buffets, you can enjoy soft drinks without an additional charge, though they do carry a cost at the bars and lounges. There is a self service beverage station on the pool deck which is complimentary. Some guests like to bring their own travel mugs so they can fill up throughout the day. There are disposable cups there for guest to use too. The water onboard is filtered and tastes great, so my family and I fill up at the beverage station on water. But if you'd like bottled water, that does carry an additional cost. You're welcome to bring on a limited amount of your own bottled water if you'd like (in your carry-on bags only), or order a water package from the
Gifts and Amenities page before setting sail.
Now, let's talk ice cream! One of my kids' favorite parts of sailing with Disney is the soft serve ice cream station,
Eye Scream Treats. Yes, it's free. Yes, it's right there on the pool deck as you walk by, so you kind of just
HAVE to fill up a cone each time, right? There are a few different soft serve machines there, usually three, and they rotate flavors throughout your sailing, but you'll always find the traditional chocolate and vanilla, and are then surprised with other flavors throughout. You'll also find free soft serve on Castaway Cay! Making a Coke float is easy too by filling up a cup with vanilla then heading to the beverage station to top it off with Coke! Yum!
Have fun planning, Rose, and stop back if you have other questions. We're happy to help!
