My SoCal Local Offer is good, I just found out but when I tried to make a reservation I found out that both of our tickets are showing up with my name. My husband’s should be on his— the one that’s been in his wallet since Covid hit! What can we do??

    Hi there Susan!

Welcome to planDisney! I’m so happy you stopped by with a question for us today.

Like you, I was delighted to hEAR when The Happiest Place on Earth made the announcement that Guests of the beautiful state of California would be welcome Home so very soon! I know we’re all ready to experience the magic! As a Texan, I will be patiently awaiting the time Disneyland Resort opens its doors to out-of-state Guests!

Susan, you’re absolutely correct about the Southern California Resident Ticket offer being extended through December 16, 2021. That’s wonderful news! Any adjustments to tickets may be possible by calling Disneyland Resort Technical Support at (714) 520-6222 or Disneyland Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. You may have to wait on hold for a bit due to all the excitement, but a Cast Member will be happy to take care of your issue for you once you’re connected!

We hope to welcome you both to the magic very soon, Susan!
