For the snorkel experience at Epcot - can a man with a beard participate?

    Hi Charlotte!

Beards are a beautiful, yet tricky, facial accessory!  Although they do get in the way of a lot of masks fitting properly, this should not be a problem for the Epcot Seas Adventures - Aqua Tour!  I spoke to a Cast Member who told me that the tour is an oxygen-assisted snorkel, meaning you will have goggles and a bite piece connected to oxygen, rather than a classic snorkel.  Because the bite piece seals inside the mouth, instead of around the mouth, the beard should not be an issue.  You are allowed to bring your own snorkel mask if you have one that you like or one that fits particularly well.  If you don't have one, then don't worry!  All of the equipment you will need will be provided for you--just bring a swimsuit!

I am sure that the Epcot Seas Aqua Tour will be an amazing addition to a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!  While you are visiting The Seas in Epcot, make sure to check out Coral Reef Restaurant for some delicious food, and don't forget to ride The Seas with Nemo & Friends!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
