Hi Lyndsay,
Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question! I bet you're getting super excited for your upcoming vacation with your little Mouseketeer!
I'm happy to let you know that I checked with a Cast Member who confirmed that yes, you are able to bring a small travel pack 'n play with you into a water park for your little one to use. I also asked her if the regular park rules about maximum backpack sizes applied to this, and she said that no, the water park rules are a bit different and it's okay if your carry case is a bit larger than the 24" x 15" x 18" rule for backpacks during theme park visits. Just be aware that there is some sand inside the water parks, so you may end up with some sand in your pack 'n play!
To help you enjoy your water park visit, I do have a few tips for you! First, make sure you arrive early to find a spot with some shade. Chairs fill up quickly, and with a little one, you'll want to make sure you have a spot that's a respite from the hot Florida sun. Also, even though there are quite a few adventurous slides and attractions at the water parks, both's
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park and
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park feature
areas perfect for little ones to play! Plus, there will be several things you'll be able to enjoy together. I'm sure your Mouseketeer would love a trip around the lazy river or a splash in the shallow part of the wave pool with you!
Please let us know if you have any other questions as you're planning your trip, Lyndsay, and have a splashing great time on your magical vacation!
Missy
