Hi Diane!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa offers all the comforts of home with their Deluxe Villa accommodations. We are
Disney Vacation Club Members and so we always have a room with a kitchen or kitchenette, and I don’t know how I could ever vacation without it now.
The Artist’s Palette is both the quick-service dining location and the gift shop, and it offers a selection of grocery items available for purchase. One option would be to stop by The Artist’s Palette on arrival to purchase necessities in person, then when Bell Services take you and your luggage to your room, you could transport your groceries with you.
Disney Vacation Club Resorts do offer a grocery delivery service to Guests staying in Deluxe Villas. Since all the rooms at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa are Deluxe Villas, this may be exactly what you are looking for! This is the most convenient way to order essentials, and it usually offers items similar to those available in the gift shop. Disney Vacation Club Members and non-Members are welcome to use this service. From the Disney Vacation Club Website, you can print out the
Grocery Order Form for your resort, then fax the form to the resort at least three days before arrival. Delivery to your room can then be arranged once you check-in!
I prefer to use an outside grocery delivery service as it offers a greater variety of options. My preferred company is Dizzy Dolphin Delivery for their outstanding customer service and they can get almost anything I need. Other popular options are Garden Grocer, WeGoShop, and Instacart. If you have Amazon Prime, the Prime Now service is also a good option. While there is a small fee for Bell Services to deliver groceries from these outside companies, you can avoid that fee if you pick up your groceries yourself.
I hope this helps with your planning. Please let me know if there are any additional questions I can help you with!
