can small kids (three years old) ride the attractions (ones with no height restrictions) at the water parks with their parents??

Yes. If there is no height restriction for an attraction, then anyone may participate in it. For example, your three year old could float with you down a lazy river at Typhoon Lagoon's Castaway Creek or play with you in the waves at TL's surf pool.

My family's #1 favorite attraction at WDW is Teamboat Springs, the family raft ride at Blizzard Beach. This is a wonderful attraction that we could all enjoy together, even when the kids were quite small. I love that we can see each other's faces as we're zooming down this massive slide, all on one raft. It's a magical experience.

Enjoy your water park time with your family!
