Hey there, Antun!
I'm thrilled to hear that you're planning a magical visit to the
Disneyland Resort next spring! While there are so many souvenirs at your fingertips, I fully believe that the best souvenirs you can bring home are pictures. There's nothing better than reliving every magical moment once you return home!
Before you pack your camera, it will be important to take a look at the
Disneyland Resort Rules. Take a close look at the parameters for cameras and tripods, then compare those with your current setup. For example, any kind of handheld extension pole used for cameras or mobile devices is not permitted. Any tripods (that are not handheld) must be able to fit inside a standard backpack and cannot extend over 6’ (182 cm). It will be important that your camera and tripod meet these requirements! However, all items will be checked by a security Cast Member and the decision is ultimately up to them. If you aren't permitted to bring your camera gear into the parks with you for any reason, you can always
rent a locker outside one of the Main Entrances to keep it safe while you enjoy the parks! This way, you're sure to not miss a minute of the magic.
Before you arrive at the Happiest Place on Earth, take some time to download and explore the
Disneyland app! This app will let you view park maps, check wait times for attractions,
mobile order food, and even access
virtual queues. It's my favorite way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!
