18 sleeps til departure day! ADRs in place: breakfast@Rainforest Café-AK, Via Napoli, Crystal Palace, Sci-Fi Dine in, The Boatwright @ POR, The Whispering Canyon, The Trails End. Any advice from the panel for the "can't miss" list of foods

Food, glorious food! This is for sure one of my favorite topics.

You've picked a nice, diverse group of restaurants, and there are must try items from my family's list of favorites at each of them.  At Rainforest Cafe, my girls (okay, and me too) love the Cha Cha's Wild Waffle.  A deliciously fluffy Belgian style waffle topped with fresh strawberries and bananas, it's a hit with my gang every time.  For something more decadent, try the Benedict Bamba, a traditional eggs Benedict that keeps us full well past lunch.

At Via Napoli, our whole family shares in the Fritto Misto, a delightful selection of lightly breaded and fried treats that include everything from the freshest vegetables and cheese to calamari and arancini.  Oh. My. Yum!  I love the Candele - candlestick shaped pasta in a sausage ragu.  Just like my imaginary Italian nonna used to make (my grandmothers were Irish, but a girl can dream).

We always do the all you care to eat skillet at the Whispering Canyon Cafe, and I think the thing we reorder the most is the corn bread.  It's so good, my kids want to wrap it for home! The skillet is a great value and good food.

You almost can't go to Boatwright's without getting the Jambalaya - a New Orleans favorite prepared in the Cajun tradition.  Trail's End for dinner? Yes, please, and I'll have the fried chicken.  Sci-Fi Dine In is where my kids want to go for a Reuben at Walt Disney World, but I love the fried pickles.

You'll find so many yummy things at Crystal Palace! Take small spoons to start so you can enjoy them all.
