6 more sleeps:0). I just read a comment about there not being "heat" in the restaurants?? I can't believe that's right, but 'be prepared". I'm coming from very cold weather, so I don't expect any issue, but what do you say about indoor att

There is certainly heat in the indoor attractions and restaurants. Disney does everything it can to make both its guests and staff comfortable.

There are a few dining experiences at WDW that are outdoors. I'm specifically thinking of the Spirit of Aloha Luau and Mickey's Backyard BBQ. As these are outdoor experiences, there are occasions when these meals can be warmer or cooler than some guests might enjoy. Even Disney can't control the weather :-)  However, for any indoor ride, show, or restaurant you can expect the environment to be a standard room temperature.
