With the skyline trandportation, will fewer buses be running to Epcot and the Studios? I'm concerned because I will be in an ECV and am totally relying on Disney transportation?

Hi there, Jacalyn! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We appreciate you stopping back by and sending over an excellent question!

When it was announced that a new form of transportation would be coming to Walt Disney World Resort, there was a flurry of excited questions. Over the last few months, we've been very fortunate to receive answers to quite a few of those initial inquiries!

We now know that the Disney Skyliner will begin operating in the fall of 2019 and will provide Guests with an all-new, whimsical mode of transportation. Select Gondolas will feature iconic Disney characters in their exterior designs to provide Guests with some pals to enjoy their aerial views with! The Disney Skyliner system will now connect Disney's Hollywood Studios and the International Gateway at Epcot to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney's Art of Animation Resort, Disney's Pop Century Resort, and Disney's Riviera Resort.

The addition of the Disney Skyliner at Walt Disney World Resort is meant to serve as an enhancement to the Guest experience. Instead of replacing current transportation methods, the Disney Skyliner will serve as an alternative transportation option for Guests to enjoy. At this time, there are no plans to decrease bus transportation once the Disney Skyliner begins operating. So, you should still be able to utilize Disney Bus Transportation with your ECV without any interruptions!

I hope this information soothes some of your concerns regarding transportation!
