What are the sizes (quarts?) of the glass casserole cookware (round and rectangle) in the kitchens of the cabins at Fort Wilderness? Thank you!

    Howdy Kimberly!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you have a hootin’ tootin’ fabulous vacation coming up at The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort!

The Cabins sit on 750 acres of forest and evoke the era of the American frontier.  With a living room, patio (complete with grill!), and kitchen in each of the hideaways you can enjoy a fabulous time with your family. Did you know that Mousekeeping will even come in and do your dishes? Speaking of dishes, I talked with a Cast Member at the Resort, and you will have “standard” rectangular casserole dishes in the kitchen, but may or may not have round casserole dishes. I checked my casserole dishes, and the 8 x 11 one holds two (2) quarts, while my 10 x 13 dish has a three (3) quart capacity. When you make whatever delicious meal you are planning, can I come? I’m just down the road!

When you venture outside of the kitchen, take advantage of all of the great outdoor activities that Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort offers! You can rent a boat for a sail along the Sassagoula River, or ride a pony at Tri-Circle-D-Ranch. If you’ve ever wanted to channel Robin Hood, take aim at a bulls-eye with the help of Archery Guides, and for a picture-perfect end to your evening, roast some marshmallows at Chip 'N' Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long.

Kimberly, I hope your vacation (and meal!) is practically perfect in every way!
