Hi Tiffany,
You're just a few weeks away from your visit to the most magical place on earth! I bet you're getting so excited!
My family likes to
bring some snacks and drinks with us in case one of our Mouseketeers gets hungry before we were planning to stop for our next meal. You'll be able to bring
any cooler that is smaller than 24" x 15" x 18" into the theme parks with you. If you have a stroller or a way to keep the cooler with you, it might be easiest to pack a soft-sided cooler so that it stores easily. However, a hard-sided cooler will keep your food cold longer, so you may want to consider that instead. There are
lockers available to rent at each theme park if you do end up bringing a hard-sided cooler or would simply prefer to not have to worry about carrying and storing your cooler all day long.
Even when we bring food along with us, my family has some must-do Disney vacation snacks. Anything Mickey shaped, like a Mickey pretzel or Mickey ice-cream bar, is always a big hit. We also love purchasing the refillable popcorn bucket when we first arrive. Being able to refill it as many times as we want for just a small fee each time ($1.50 on my last vacation) is not only a great bargain, but a delicious treat.
Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tiffany, and please let us know if you have any other questions as you're preparing for your trip. We're always happy to help! I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
Missy
