I have a site booked, Ft Wilderness,for a few months out and want to rent from a company that I have in the past. They are not one of the four companies through Disney. Can they meet me and check in at the same time and have them set it up?

Welcome to planDisney, Jason! It sounds to me like you’re planning a visit to The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort this Spring! Thanks for sending us your question.

According to Disney's official website, RVs can only be rented for use at the campgrounds by contacting a Disney Featured Provider. This new policy went into effect in May 2024. These companies include:

Meacham’s RV Rental – (941) 224-4939
Escape RV Rental – (407) 374-3657
Kissimmee Orlando RV Rental – (407) 368-7899
Ohana Camper Rental – (386) 748-9328

If you have any questions about your upcoming stay and the policies now in effect, please reach out to a Cast Member by calling (407) 824-2900.

During your visit this coming March, be sure to enjoy some of recreation activities available at the Resort. I have found that you can very happily spend a whole day at Fort Wilderness, horseback riding, swimming in the pool or taking a guided tour of the grounds. It’s always my family’s favorite place to stay!
