its my sisters birthday on boxing day whilst we are in WDW for christmas. she is 30 but wants a character breakfast where is best, and can i book online??

Character meals are fun at any age. Rest assured that wherever you dine, the characters will give you sister lots of attention. Be sure to tell everyone that it's her birthday and she may get some extra good wishes. Reservations for any type of dining at WDW must be made over the telephone. There is no online reservations option. The phone number for Disney Dining is 407-939-3463 in the US. You'll have to add the appropriate country codes.

As far as which is "best," that really depends on your sister and which characters she's most interested in. The classic character dining experience with Mickey, Minnie, and their pals is at Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary resort. If your sister is a ladylike type, she might most enjoy dining in the Castle in the Magic Kingdom with Cinderella and the princesses. If she has a sense of humor, she might like the evening meal at 1900 Park Fare in the Grand Floridian. This has Cinderella also, but her step-mother and step-sisters are there, making sure she doesn't get too full of herself. If your sister likes things with a tropical feel, she might be most happy at the Ohana breakfast at the Polynesian with Lilo and Stitch.

I hope this gives you some ideas for making your sister's birthday extra special -- and I hope you have a great time too!
