Hello, My sister is visiting from NY and I was wondering if I could purchase her a Florida Resident pass to go with me and my children?

    chEARs Sarah!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It sounds like you have a bunch of excited kiddos ready to take on Walt Disney World with their mom and aunt! You are visiting at the perfect time of year. There are so many magical things happening at Walt Disney World right now, including the 2019 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. We just returned from a visit to The World, and we went to the Festival at least once a day! When you are there, stop by the Japan Pavilion and have Frushi at Hanami. It is deliciousness in a bite! We had it at least three times during our stay!

You can purchase Florida Resident tickets for yourself and the kiddos in person at any of the four Theme Park ticket windows, online, or at the new Disney Ticket Center in Disney Springs. If you purchase the passes online, when you pick up the tickets at Will Call, all adults must present proof of Florida residency. So, unfortunately, it doesn’t look like your sister would be eligible for the Florida Resident discount on her ticket.

Make sure to take the kiddos on the springtime scavenger hunt at Epcot with Spike’s Pollen Nation Exploration. Start your happy hunt by purchasing a map at Port of Entry, then buzz your way through the World Showcase on a fanciful adventure. Once their map is complete, return to the Port of Entry for a special prize! We did the Eggstravaganza hunt a few weeks ago, and we had a blast!

Sarah, I hope you enjoy your visit. Don’t forget to take your antennae!
