My sister and I have a spa reservation at the grand Floridian in May and we can’t wait! But our appointment is at 9 am and the spa hours say it opens at 9 that morning. Can we still arrive early or will the doors not open until 9 exactly?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Leslie! I’m so happy to hear that you will be taking a nice relaxing break with your sister during your next vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort.

Senses- A Disney Spa at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort is an amazing place to spend some time being pampered. Personally, I always choose the first appointment of the day when I book services. I feel like it starts my day off right.

You and your sister should plan to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to allow time to check-in, store your valuables in your spa locker and put on a comfy robe. Attendants will be there to greet you, even though your appointment time is at 9 a.m., right when they open for the day. Rest assured, you will receive the quality service we’ve all come to love when we visit the Walt Disney World Resort. After all, it’s part of the magic!

If you have any special requests or specific questions about your spa services, you can always call (407) 939-7727 to speak to a Cast Member who can help guide you in the right direction.

Leslie, when you and your sister are done with your services, you can hop on the monorail and head over to the Magic Kingdom Park. Did you know that it’s just one stop from Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa?

I hope you and your family enjoy your vacation! Please come back to see us if you need any more help as you continue your planning!
