my sister in law booked using her credit card through my Disney experience the trip is for my family but i cant link reservations because they are already linked on one

    Hi there, Margaret!

It was so nice of your sister to book your trip, but I understand that you will now want to take over the management of the plans from here. It sounds like when your sister made the reservation, it atomically linked to her account. Fear not, this is totally fixable.

What you will need to do is to log into your own My Disney Experience account and make sure that you are connected with your sister through your Family & Friends List. Once you go into your list and send your sister an invitation to connect, you should see the plans that she made for you, including your resort reservation.

Now the next step will depend on how old your family members are. If you do not have any minors in your traveling party, leaving the reservation under your sister's account may be fine. If you can see each person and make Disney Park Pass system reservations for everyone, you will be good to go.

If you have minors traveling with you, things get a little more complicated. In this case, you will need to call the friendly Cast Members at (407) 939-4357 and have the reservation transferred from your sister's My Disney Experience account to yours. You see, planning can be shared between adults, but children's My Disney Experience profiles can not be shared by multiple people.

I hope that this gave you a bit of clarity, Margaret.

    See you real soon!
