My sister is a Florida resident. She wants to buy our kids 3-day passes to Disney world parks, but she only wants to go one day. Is it possible for her to purchase a one day pass and purchase them 3-day pass?

    Hiya, Matt! Welcome!

What a kind and generous sister you have! I feel like I need to tell my sister she has to step up her game. It's awesome that she wants to make sure your kids have an awesome Walt Disney World visit.

Florida residents can save up to 40% on multiday tickets, which can be an awesome way to give the gift of the Magic to your family. As long as the kids are under 18, they don't need to show proof of Florida residency, which your sister will need in order to purchase the tickets. Your sister can verify her residency online with a valid Florida driver's license, a Florida state ID card, or a military ID card from a Florida base. She will then only need to go one time to activate the tickets - so her plan to do just one day works perfectly.

Don't forget, Matt, you will still need theme park reservations for each day that you want to go into the theme parks, so as soon as your sister purchases the tickets, link them in your My Disney Experience app so you can make those reservations.

I hope you have a magical, memorable vacation, Matt!
