    Elsy from Bogota Asked

My sister bought a tier 3 ticket, now we want to go in a tier 5 day. How can we change or pay the extra amount, so that we can go in a tier 5 day.

Hi Elsy and welcome to planDisney! I’m so happy to hear that you will be visiting the Disneyland Resort with your sister! Thanks for visiting us with your planning question.

The very best way to upgrade your tickets and pay for the difference in price for that different tier, is by calling the Disneyland Resort Tickets team at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member. They will be happy to get you squared away, so that you and your sister can enjoy your magical vacation!

Before your visit, make sure to take a look at the Disney Parks Blog. There have been so many changes at the Disneyland Resort with the re-opening of so many popular restaurants, you will want to be in the know!

Elsy, I hope I’ve been helpful. If you have any more questions, feel free to reach out to us here or at planDisney en Español.

¡Siempre es nuestro placer ayudarte con todos los detalles de tus próximas vacaciones mágicas!

    ¡Hasta pronto!
