Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Gerardo! Planning a magical getaway to Walt Disney World Resort with your daughters is a great way to spend some quality time together!
I reached out to one of my closest friends for advice on your question, since she is a single mom who loves taking her three young children to The Most Magical Place on Earth every year. She mentioned that according to the
Park Rules, children older than seven years old can ride alone on attractions as long as they meet the height requirements. Last summer, her oldest daughter turned ten years old, so she allowed her to ride
Space Mountain and
Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain by herself. Sometimes Cast Members will let you wait in line with your child and then will show you to the exit as soon as she boards. And many attractions will exit through gift shops which are good post-ride meet-up spots. Of course, this is all dependant on your comfort level, and your daughter's as well.
An alternative suggestion is to contact a local Orlando company called, Kid's Nite Out, and inquire about their "Mother's/Father's Helper" Service. You can hire a caregiver to accompany you to the Parks for the day, and they would be able to give you a helping hand to ensure everyone has a great time. Just keep in mind that you would need to
provide a ticket for the caregiver to enter the Theme Parks with your family. Call (800) 696-8105 or visit their website at kidsniteout.com for information.
I hope this helps, Gerardo! Please come back again if we can help you plan any other aspects of your trip.
