David from NSW Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Are single day tickets refundable if plans change or can they be moved to another day if unused? Thanks

Hi David and welcome to planDisney! I see that you have a Holiday visit to the Disneyland Resort in the works! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

While theme park tickets are not refundable, they absolutely can be used on a different day (if there is park availability). If they expire, they can be used as a credit toward the purchase of a new theme park ticket. Once you have purchased a theme park ticket, you will be able to enjoy a magical day at a theme park, so please don't worry!

If you do find that you have to reschedule to a later date and your ticket has expired, the best way to get it back into action is by reaching out to a Cast Member at Ticket Services by calling 1800 965 160 or by filling out this online form

Seeing the resort all dressed up for the Holidays is such a special treat. From spectacular Christmas trees to "it's a small world" Holiday at Disneyland Park. It's all beautiful and makes for the best pictures.

David, I hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It's always our pleasure to help you with all the details of your magical visit!
