Ahoy, Scott!
I'm so glad you sailed back over with another question about your upcoming cruise. I always enjoy a visit to the
Senses Spa and Salon during my Disney Cruise Line vacations. It's the perfect place to unwind while taking in the picturesque views. I do know that the therapists who work onboard are registered in their home countries, but unfortunately this registration does not apply since the Disney Magic sails in international waters. You will receive a receipt for your services, but I'm not sure if your insurance will cover your massage with the registration issues.
Scott, the Senses Spa and Salon does offer some "Specials of the Day" so if you don't pre-book a service before you set sail, you may want to consider one of these while onboard. Another idea is to purchase a one-day Rainforest Room pass. These are available ahead of time in the
In-Room Gift and Amenities Section on the Disney Cruise Line website or you can buy a multi-day pass once you embark. The Rainforest Room offers aromatherapy steam rooms, misting and rain showers, a dry sauna and heated tile loungers. My husband and I always spend at least a few hours in this heavenly space, and the loungers are my favorite!
Thank you again for stopping by to "sea" us, Scott. Please continue to keep us posted with any other questions you may have about your MAGICial voyage.
