    Silly question, Moms ... Why is the refillable mug only offered with certain dining plans?

    Hi, Rochelle!  I can hear the nun in the second grade telling me that no question is a silly question - right before she turned a bright shade of red and sent me to the principal's office for asking where babies came from!

    But your question is not a silly question!  My best guess would be that the components going into each plan were evaluated and it was determined that the refillable mugs were added where the need for them was the greatest.  I know I have used the mugs way more often at the food court at the Value resorts than in any other resorts where we've stayed.
