Silly question, but we used to get excited for our trips by watching the planning DVDs, do you no longer offer those? Alternatively, is the same content available on the website? I know there are bloggers, but I prefer the official DVDs

    Heigh-Ho Tom,

I miss the days of watching our Walt Disney World vacation planning DVD but as Walt Disney once said, “ We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we're curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.” I feel this has spilled over into how we plan and prepare for our Walt Disney World vacations.

Instead of DVDs, now we have a variety of official social media avenues (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) as well as the Disney Parks Blog and the Disney Parks YouTube channel for video content. Here Guests can immerse themselves into the Disney Magic right at home and discover or remember the exciting things awaiting them at their upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. My personal favorite is the Disney YouTube channel. Here you can discover a variety of information ready to be viewed at your own convenience and new content is added regularly. So pull up a chair, pop some popcorn and take a viewing adventure into what is awaiting you at The Most Magical Place On Earth.

If I can be of any further assistance feel free to ask me and check out our Instagram (@planDisneypanel) and Panel Extras for more vacation planning tips.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
